Our lives are shaped by many dimensions at once.
Physical health affects how we think and feel. Relationships influence our bodies and nervous systems. Sexuality shapes intimacy, identity, creativity, and belonging. Work and money affect our choices and relationships. Culture influences what we value, expect, and imagine. And the environments we inhabit participate in all of it.
We learn about these dimensions separately, yet experience them all together.
Multidimensional living begins by noticing the relationships among these dimensions, and learning to live with a greater sense of wholeness.
The Wisdom of the Body
Our bodies are always in relationship with what is happening.
Sensation, breath, movement, emotion, pleasure, sexuality, strength, and the nervous system each offer ways of noticing ourselves in relationship with the world around us.
Paying attention to the body means noticing when we tighten, soften, what wants to move, and what's asking to be felt.
The Wisdom of the Body of the Earth
We are also bodies within a larger living body.
The rhythms of day and night, changing seasons, weather, landscapes, plants, animals, water, soil, and sky place our lives within scales of time and relationship much larger than our own.
Paying attention to the living world means noticing where we are, what is changing, what lives alongside us, and the rhythms our own lives are moving within.
Both bring us into more direct relationship with the realities we are already part of.
Emunah Academy is the educational hearth of EMUNAH.
The Academy is where many of the ideas explored throughout EMUNAH are practiced as frameworks, methodologies, and educational experiences that you can work with in your own life.
Some of what we teach may be genuinely new. Other times, a framework gives language to something you've experienced for years, or helps you see relationships between things you already understood separately. Having language for what we understand can also make it easier to share that understanding with others.
Learning can change what we know. It can also change what we're able to notice.The Academy brings these ways of learning together through embodied practices, GOOD QUESTIONS, courses, and gatherings. The same material can reveal something different when we encounter it again from a different place in our lives.

A free four-week experiment in reconnecting with time, place, the body, and the living world.
Each week takes you to a familiar element in your daily life, and invites you to meet it differently: the deep time of stones, the rootedness of trees, the movement of water, and the perspective of the stars. Access a deeper, more embodied wisdom that has always been yours.
the EDGE
Become your own somatic sexual haler.
the EDGE is EMUNAH’s flagship self-paced educational experience: a six-phase exploration of sexual energy that begins with the body, sensation, and arousal, then gradually widens into pleasure, healing, subtle awareness, relationship, and the ways sexual energy moves into what we create with our lives.
Move through it at your own pace, return to the material over time, and discover what becomes visible as your relationship with your body and sexuality changes.
LEARNING TOGETHER
Some things can only be learned with other people.
We come to understand ourselves differently in relationship. Other people give us opportunities to practice, reflect, be challenged, encounter perspectives beyond our own, and discover what becomes possible when understanding is shared.
We are each other’s medicine.
Community within EMUNAH offers chances to learn alongside one another, share what we’re discovering, and bring ideas and practices into relationship with actual life.
And the learning is meant to travel. We encourage you to take what you learn, test it in your life, and share what you value with family, friends, and neighbors
IDEAS IN PUBLIC
EMUNAH also lives beyond the Academy.
Through writing, audio, video, and conversation, we explore our active questions in public: how we live in our bodies, relate to one another, participate in the living world, and make sense of the culture we're part of.
The Living World, Ganga Devi’s publication, follows the threads between ecology, creativity, spirituality, and everyday life.
Multidimensional Thriving, Seth’s publication, explores human development across the many dimensions of a life.
And Multidimensional Pop² Culture, created together, looks at what movies, television, music, and cultural moments can reveal about ourselves and the worlds we’re creating.
These are ongoing conversations. You can read, listen, watch, follow what interests you, and return when something new appears.
SOMETHING LARGER IS EVOLVING
EMUNAH is being designed to grow beyond the forms it takes today.
Courses, gatherings, artifacts, and publications are part of a larger effort to create an evolving field of learning, practice, relationship, and the continued embodiment of the wisdom the world needs.
There are many ways to contribute to what is emerging here: facilitating educational experiences, bringing methodologies into your own communities and organizations, contributing knowledge and expertise, collaborating across disciplines, and helping create forms we haven't imagined yet.
