Welcome to our world,

where we live with the knowledge that everything is connected,

where we take pleasure and joy seriously,

and where we always work for the thriving of others,

because we know that’s the surest path to our own best life.

  • EMUNAH is the synthesis of our shared vision and diverse expertise. Here, systems theory meets the wisdom of the body, interspiritual ministry blends with practical coaching, and the journey of becoming our whole selves is embraced in its full spectrum.

Emunah is a Hebrew word signifying a profound belief or conviction that goes beyond mere faith. It is an informed trust that weaves together reason and understanding, enriching our sense of connection to the web of life that is greater than any one of us.

EMUNAH is our digital home, created with the intention to be your sanctuary as well. It's a space where interconnectedness is not just understood but deeply felt. A place where healing and growth are not just concepts but lived experiences.

We offer a warm welcome to all who seek to thrive in the family of life.

If you are looking to grow and weave in these three dimensions of life…

  • First and foremost, we are ourselves. Getting to know yourself deeply and authentically is a lifelong adventure. It’s also the foundation on which all of our other relationships are built. We approach this dimension with grounded education about how the nervous system shapes our physical, emotional, sexual, social, and psychological realities. This educational foundation sets the stage for practical, lasting empowerment for you to thrive entirely as yourself.

    Core Approaches:

    • Polyvagal Theory building on the work of Stephen Porges

    • Internal Family Systems building on the work of Richard C. Schwartz

    • Core Values building on the work of Forrest Landry

    • Psychocybernetics building on the work of Maxwell Maltz

    • Creative Visualization a theta state meditation approach drawing from the work of Shakti Gawain

    • Rethinking Vices building on the work of Allen Carr

    • Archetype Embodiment building on the work of Carl Jung and Marie-Louise von Franz

    • Periodization drawing from the world of athletic coaching, an effective approach to fulfilling major goals

Ganga draws from her background in Systems Theory to help us all see ourselves as living systems, Seth draws on his MA in physiology to support an empowered relationship with the body, and we both draw from our joint trainings as Interspiritual Ministers and Trauma of Money facilitators to support an empowered relationship with the sacred and profane areas of life that shape our inner world so much.

You can get started in the Inner Dimension with our self-paced mini-course The V’s!

  • A thriving life requires partnership. Whether we are in or seeking life partners, creative partners, business partners, or navigating life with a partner in parenting, our interpersonal relationships are core to how we navigate and experience life. So much in these relationships comes down to communication. Our approach to this dimension focuses on many simple and memorable communication frameworks that you can share with your partner(s) to increase the respect, affinity, and trustworthiness between you.

    Core Approaches:

    • Nonviolent Communication building on the work of Marshall Rosenberg

    • Alpha/Omega Framework building on the work of Londin Angel Winters

    • ARC▽△TIC Method original to us

In this dimension, Seth also brings his training as a Trauma-Informed Sexologist and Tantra practitioner (within the Shangpa Kagyu Lineage) for supporting and deepening sexual partnership for clients and community.

We both also draw from our trainings as Interspiritual Ministers (ordained by OneSpirit Seminary ‘20) and Certified Trauma of Money facilitators (TOM Class ‘23) to support thriving in some of the most challenging areas of interpersonal relationships. This is more thoroughly explored in our Annual Summer Class: Sex, God, and Money.

  • Whether or not we become parents of children in this life, we all have an opportunity to joyfully embody the mature qualities of the parents we, and all people, deserve.

This opportunity becomes a responsibility when and if we do become parents ourselves. A multigenerational perspective supports us all in having the widest possible perspective to see clearly the patterns we want to change, as well as the patterns we want to bring forward into the next generation. A core element of our approach is taking the time and space to envision futures of collective thriving for all of humanity, and shaping our goals and growth from that place.

    Core Approaches:

    • The Work that Reconnects building on the work of Joanna Macy and all who helped shape TWTR

    • Deep Time frameworks drawing from many indigenous traditions, including the Māori and Haudenosaunee, as well as key aspects of Joanna Macy’s work

    • Ancestral Connection a process that will be unique for each person

    • Aware Parenting building on the work of Aletha Solter

We want to be clear: we are not experts on parenting, but we are passionate about empowering everyone to continue growing throughout adulthood, to be responsible and joyful stewards of the world, to have conscious and active relationships with our ancestors, and to be proactively shaping the future of this planet to be the best it can be for future generations.

…then welcome. Get comfy.
Let’s get to know one another.
